HistoryFile Compliance
Compliance to HistoryFile means that all your firm's employee details are present in the HistoryFile system and verifed. Once we have captured all your employee's current and past employment histories, a verificatio process will be initiated for your firm. The exact verification process is still being developed. Once verification is complete, we shall provide the Firm a HistoryFile compliance certificate.

Once a firm is HistoryFile compliant, there are many advantages:
  • 80% Lower annual charges per year(currently Rs 1000)
  • We will notify you of which departments require more employees, depending on how many employees are actively searching for jobs on the HistoryFile system (we cannot divulge which employees' are searching because of privacy issues)
No firm or employer is required to become HistoryFile compliant in order to use the system.
